I always suggest that before you do anything else - go to the internet,
see what other companies like yours do, and make a list of what you
see that you like, and more importantly - what you don't. Does their
site "work"? Is it easy to understand? Can you get around?
Can you make small text larger?
What this means that you are now studying "USABILITY". Sounds
confusing? - it's not really. Think of it as "how easy is it for
